Adventures in Plans

As of October 16, 2011 I am a happily married woman.

I bought my wedding dress today :D

I am totally in full wedding mode, my wedding date is officially set for October 16, 2010 and I am soooooooo very excited about it.

In lou of # 3 (Lose 15 pounds) I have decided to give the Special K Challenge a try. The Special K Challenge is "lose 1 inch from your waist in 2 weeks" another challenge is "lose 6 pounds in 2 weeks." So we will figure out which is which, who knows maybe it is both. The website is www.specialk.com which can be very helpful.

It has 4 different options for a Design Your Plan. (click the image for a better view)


Each plan helps you break down your week on what you will eat for the time of day it is. The example below is for the Classic Plan. You can change them, it just gives you a basic idea.



I am simply going to do the replace 2 meals with Special K cereal. I know one of the reasons it helps is being you aren't eating junk for all 3 meals, just 1.

So tomorrow morning I will weight myself (I am not posting my weight), and then in 2 weeks I will weight myself again and see what if any I have lost. Also I am going to measure my waist (again not something I will post) and again I will post the difference for the final out come

Melissa's Costume
Black leather corset. Buckles on front, silver studs along the bottom of the corset, and in more rows along the top. The leather straps cross in the back. The skirt is black lace with sparkles and underneath is a shiny silver material seen through the lace, ruffled edge is just lace. Lace ruffle sleeves. Fingerless lace gloves.

Joey's Costume
Black leather jacket, stud design of guitar on back. Collar and cuffs are shiny silver. Studs on outside edge of pants and jacket.
